The sunset lies to me; it glows a happy light that I am not fit to see and so I turn away in shame. Ill just smoke on a cigarette now I’ve got a pocket full of matchsticks and I don’t know what I want to set on fire. I hear a violin in the distance playing a dramatic song as if someone has fallen asleep watching an old forgotten  movie slow and sad it plays like a lonely truth. Laying in the grass as the sky darkens I feel myself sigh, more and more I feel like an appendix; no longer needed, just taking up space until the day I am removed .
